Dry air is essential to manufacture Tablets, Capsules, etc. Similarly high humidity causes damage to materials during storage as well as delicate equipments and instruments in research Laboratories. De-Humidifier solves all these problems by removing Excess Moisture from the room air. Removal of moisture helps in improving the product quality and production speed and keeps the instrument performance accurate even in adverse atmospheric conditions. Humidity is controlled by imported Humidistat and measured by Hygrometer/Dry-Wet thermometer & chart.
De-Humidifier is a compact portable unit controlling humidity upto 30% with an accuracy of +3%. This is available in 1 tonne capacity to cover approx 100 sq. ft. & 1.5 tonne capacity to cover approx 150 sq. ft. of floor area. To maintain the better working condition for the persons to work inside the room the area should further be air conditioned and sealed properly, and minimum number of persons be allowed inside and avoid frequent opening of the door. De-Humidifier is supplied with castors for easy mobility and built in water tank for water collection.

YSI–250 York Freeze Dryer

YORK Freeze Dryer covers a range of application from multi user centralised laboratory applications, pilot plant determination work etc. It is a free standing, castor mounted unit with a fully accessible cabinet. It is supplied with a powerful double stage vacuum pump. Standard Laboratory Model with Hermetically sealed reputed make compressor gives temperature upto –40°C. Condenser trap is provided at nonmagnetic stainless steel dished bottom for complete effluent removal.
Refrigerant coils made of copper are heavily insulated for maximum efficiency. Temperature is adjustable upto –40°C and is maintained automatically by digital temp. controller. Vacuum drum having 22.8 cm dia and 25.4 cm height is made up of nonmagnetic stainless steel with plexi glass top cover and incorporates 8/12 quick seal valves/ports for manifold drying. Double stage vacuum pump with gas blast giving vacuum 1 x 10–3 torr Module Gauge. Sample port having 12.5 mm outer dia provided for quick drying. Electronic vacuum indicator, PIRANI gauge is used. Specially designed temperature indicator to read temperature as low as –40°C, mounted on front panel. Aesthetically designed cabinet in steel gives a pleasant look.
